Can I trust this girl?

ok so my "friend" julie is like the best person in the world but is super jealous and is always gettin mad at me cuz i get a phone or a camera or sumthing. like and if shes mad at me she truns the whole school mad at me and then like an hour later shes like ok lets make up and expects me to say sorry when she did everything. im startin to get so mad at her so can i trust her? please help me outt
