Does the kodak mx1063 have a timer?

i have a kodak mx1063, i have read the manual and gone through the settings but i can't find anything about a timer. not like a clock timer but when it counts a couple seconds and then takes the picture. most people use it for group pictures so they can get in it too. i hope you understand what i mean. its kinda hard to explain. but i was wondering if anyone else knows of something like that on this kodak model that i might have missed in the manual maybe. ALSO the up, down, left and right ons stop working all the time. i was wondering if there is some kind of on lock? or if i just got a pretty sucky camera. help please!
