Is she deffinatly pregnant?

my rabbit got into the males hutch and he mated with her 31 days ago today, so i would have thought that she would of already had the babies. she started making the nest about a week ago and has got slighty moodier so is she deffinatly pregnant or could it be a false pregnancy?
