My two favorite stencil making materials are transparency paper (you can print on it then cut out design with an exacto knife) and freezer paper (cut design out with exacto knife and iron on to fabric). I'm not sure what kind of material you are trying to stencil.

Smartmedia card...mikomi reader..?

i use a boss br532 2 record music.the smartmedia card was working fine recording and all.i purchased a mikomi 54 in 1 card reader to transfer songs to pc.when i put the card in the reader and tried 2 open the folder it said "no disk inserted" after several attempts 2 try again i gave up.when i took it home and put it in my br532 it said unsupported card.so its just useless now.i then tried a 32mb card in the reader and it worked fine!so im confused.what could have happened to the 128mb card?could it have been damaged by card reader?i just bought it and dont want 2 hav 2 go straight out and buy another card.should i complain to mikomi or argos?i jst dont know where i stand.thanks for your help x

Gum recession after two teeth removed. Infection?

In September and December of last year, I had teeth removed due to painful cavities; the first molar, the second second premolar, respectively, on the right side of my face. Since then I have notice my gums slightly receding on my first premolar and second molar, with the occasional minor irritation, but no bleeding, pus, or other alarming signs, so I simply endeavored to brush easier, and take greater precautions to kill the bacteria in my mouth This morning, though, I washed my mouth out with hydrogen peroxide, and the sting was almost unbearable! I looked at the gum sockets immediately after wards; where my teeth had been pulled from, and there were white spots! I was panicked for a few moments; thinking maybe my gums had receded to the point that the bone was sticking through, but the white spots went away as I washed my mouth out further...they certainly were not bone! Are my gums infected?

Landlord/mold/lease - advice please?

My girlfriend and I moved into an appartment 4/9/09. Our landlord stated he would put installing new flooring in our bathroom. After numerous calls on getting it installed he finally had someone do it 4 months later. The installers found that the wood flooring was starting to rot from us taking showers and the floor having some water on it. We had a 6 month lease and about 2 weeks after he decided to fix the flooring we started packing up some things that we didn't need to take to storage and found that there was a leak that was coming from the bathroom. We notified the landlord every week for several weeks. About 2 weeks ago after we had decided to resign our lease he sent 2 Mr. Fixits out to our house who said they couldn't fix it. He then called a big company to come out and they determine what was causing the leak and found that when they did the flooring they never sealed the connections and most of them were leaking. The ceiling was so wet that most of it came down on my belongings. I don't have renters insurance (only 21 didn't really see the need) and I'm not even upset about the belongings. However im continously sick as is my girlfriend. There is mold in bottom corners of our room, in window sils, and in the closet where the water was leaking. The plumber had even said infront of our landlord when he came out to fix it that he would need to replace off the drywall. We have called and left messages for our landlord and haven't been called back. What legal rights do I have? What steps should I take? I'm not after money, just out of the house (have a 6 month lease) and my rent and sec. Deposit back. Thank you in advance

Wheels can do this. We see it in my shop regularly. Leave 1 nut loosely on the wheel to retain it if it comes off and hit the tire-not the rim on the inside with a large hammer. If this fails and it often will, find a parking lot to do this, install all the wheel nuts on the wheels but not tight, leave an 1/8 of an inch clearance. Then drive in a circle. This will loosen your wheels.

Clical Music Concert Bloopers...what's the funniest one you've ever experienced?

At a chamber music camp concert, the final and best quartet was performing. (The most advanced high school quartet). I was helping with stage changes and stuff, so I was backstage. The way the stage and house were built, you couldn't leave backstage without the audience seeing you. (Bad design . . . ) So there was a kid that was trying to leave during this quartet performance. I told her to wait the 5 minutes for them to finish so she wouldn't be distracting. So she leaned back against the wall, and against the light switch board thing. And brought ALL of the lights down. Backstage, stage, house, EVERYTHING. The other guy backstage with me was the orchestra teacher there and knew where the switch was, came running, turned the lights back on, and the quartet just kept on playing. To listen to the recording, you wouldn't know anything had happened.

Try reinstalling the drivers for the sound card. Could be the software for the card is corrupt and can't decode the sound properly. If that doesn't work, try putting it in another slot which is identical to the one you are using now. I am 31 and happily married I have had two previous miscarriages one was 8 years ago the other almost two years ago. My periods are very regular I have been having my period for over 15 years. I can almost pinpoint the time i am going to start. The date of last period was may 10th and I was supposed to start on the 4th of june. had on the 4th then I spotted once when i wiped on the 5th. I have taken 2 preg test and both neg. I am feeling very tired my are sore sometimes and i have been nauseous. I have had some cramping but nothing bad. Honda 98 Accord V-Tech 4 cylinder engine?

Recently I had an oil change done on my 98 accord 4 cyl V-Tech engine. It appears some couple months later I have an oil leak. It appears not all the bolts that hold down the valve cover gasket are there? Does anyone know how many bolts hold down the gasket and where they are located? Or is there a web site that might show me a design? Sure looks to me like at least 1 bolt on right side (facing engine) of valve cover gasket is missing. It's threaded and no bolt is there, this is also the side where oil seems to be dripping. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi, I am a concerned daughter that is needing some advice from anyone that can be of some help. long story, trying to sum up. My mother inherited an IRA that was invested in stocks after my father ped. While this was great while my parents had my father's income, now with the decline of the stock market, it's at a time for us where we need to act fast. With half of her investments gone, we finally seeked advice from a local broker. My question is, can anyone offer me advice on if it would be a good idea to move from the stocks (it's a genworth investment product) into instead a variable annuity for income purposes. (she earns income from the investment product). Or would it be best to diversify into a series of different things- such as leave some where it is, take some and put into a variable annuity, and put some into a bank ira. If she ever does anything to take the cash out, she'll be HIGHLY pentalized. What would you recommend doing? Are variable annuities a great thing to be involved with? I've read so much, just cannot paint a clear picture to know if it would be a better option for my mother. Also, can you roll over from an investment product to something like a traditional ira with it being considered a "non taxable event". FOr fyi, she is 53, (54 in may), has no other income except for what she has a liquidity, her house (owes nothing on it), and does not work. Please help!!! I have Spybot Search & Destroy and Ad Aware SE Personal, which I use to scan for adware and spyware, I have CCleaner and Eusing Free Registry Cleaner, which I use to scan and clean my registry, I have the latest version of AVG Free, which I use for viruse detection, and lastly I have Kerio Personal Firewall running 24/7. I run these programs daily and remove any issues they find. When I first boot up my computer it works fine but, after about 30 min. it starts to slow down and the longer I stay on the slower it gets untill it freezes up. I added all of the above programs to try and fix the problem, and they do help. But, the only way I have found to avoid this is to reboot every 30 to 40 mins. There must be a better way. Please Help! SC-What things in the past that we just had to have?

I remember wanting go-go boots in the worst way! I couldn't even tell you what they cost though. I finally got them for my 12th birthday, so I immediately put them on and started parading around...in all my "Nancy Sinatra cool"...and the soles were so slippery that it was almost impossible to stay upright! After recovering from his laughing fit, my father took them out to his workshop and sandpapered the crap out of soles...and I was good to go. For a while there though, it was pretty iffy.

I get this sensation every so often where when I breathe it feels like I'm not getting any oxygen and when I exhale I can feel like air bubbles or air pockets traveling in my throat somewhere. Christians: Do you find the lives of "Saints" interesting to learn about?

I am a non-denominational Christian too but I was heavily influenced by the Catholic parents of a childhood friend, more the father than the mother. He recently ped away and his life will never be found in a book. It was just as powerful as any story of any saint. I look back on the way he behaved and acted toward others and it was through him that I learned what being a Christian means. He would do things for Jewish neighbors who observed their Sabbaths, he would visit people in hospitals, founded a rescue squad in NJ, always had a cheerful, friendliness that made people around him comfortable. He was always quick to give praise to God through Jesus. So I guess the point of this is to say yeah, I do think a saint's life is important. But it's important to the lives he/she touches while living more so than anything other people write in a book about them. I suppose if you find inspiration in their stories, of course it would be interesting. I'm not familiar with the lives of the specific saints but if you have any doubt as to the source of their influence simply compare what you know about the Word to the way they applied it to their lives and you can get a good idea of whether it was good or bad. My husband and one son have made the Navy a career. Both are now retired from the Navy. I think that you would advance faster and have more advantages in the Air Force. It is much greater for family life too. My son was at sea so much of the time. He could not wait to retire last Dec.. I am renting a home in pennsylvania that I had planned on purchasing in march however upon moving in we have found major problems with the house. Hi Sarah, It's really great that you know a lot about football and sports in general. My wife watches some football with me, but not very often. I wish she would watch it more. I want to say this without seeming y or berating, but if you've never played the game the experience is not the same. Putting the helmet and pads on and making a tackle or knocking a player down during a block is an experience that allows you to relate to the game and players. Also getting knocked on your falls into the same category. You may relate more to baseball if you played softball or to other sports if you've played those. I know some girls have played football, so you may be the exception to the rule that it's an all male sport. I would consider your answer if it was statistical (i.e. who won the first Super Bowl?). I think it is absolutely repulsive that all these teens want to have at such a young age. Wait until you're older, there's no rush. My niece is telling me girls at her school around the age of 13/14 are having with people there not even dating or have strong feelings for. Wait until your physically and emotionally ready for such a big step, can be life threatening and at such a young age I don't think you know all the things that could go wrong.

It sounds really intense, especially if you're going from no exercise to that sort of exercise. I doubt you can keep up with it unless you're extremely determined. Even if you can keep it up, I wouldn't recommend doing so. My advice is to cut out the bikeride, do 3 set of 25 crunches, cut out the wall sit since the walking and running already target your legs and , do 3 sets of 15 push-ups, and cut out the situps because they're ineffective compared to crunches. Do this 5 times a week and you should be fine. You also shouldn't just do it for two months - find an exercise amount that's right for you and keep it up forever.

I was diagnosed with PCOS by ultrasound a couple of years ago, my only symptom was I had no periods. In the last 4 mnths I have had 4 periods like clockwork - does this mean the ovaries have sorted themselves out - or I didn't have it in the first place? I think it would be nice to find a dependable site for support and understanding. It's not easy being a Step Parent and anyone who is one out there knows it. 95 Chevy Silverado with SPORADIC electronics?

So I just purchased a truck that has 237000 miles on it..it has it's problems but all can be fixed with tlc, that's why I bought it. The guy I bought it from said the 4wheel drive stopped working one day while plowing snow and the heater came on(or something like that) but I tried the 4 wheel drive the other day and it worked after a second pull to the shifter and then only worked for a few seconds...now my tachometer and speedometer work 1/2 the time...sometimes while driving they'll just turn or they'll work at start up.. I haven't tried the 4wheel drive since..I recently tried the heater and it only worked on high..then shut off and wouldn't work at all(low, high, anything) but that TOO works occasionally(at start up or it'll turn on while driving), then this morning i tried the wipers and they worked fine until half way to college..then they only worked on high or not at all(only working once at a lower speed setting, then only high again), the lights in the cab won't come on when a door is opened but will work when the dimmer dial is moved to the upper on position.....so any suggestions? wrong fuses? bad ground to battery? bad computer? wire shorting out somewhere? any suggestions could help at solving this mess, thanks!

ok this is rather a long story but any ways i moved into a rented house feburary this year and signed a 12 month contract and basicaly i was pregnant and in april i could smell somthing rather starnge so called out gas people and they switched gas of saying it was carbon monoxide and as its an old fire the boiler is behind it so when they switched fire of heating and water went of with it so i went without heating and water for days the landlord is an idiot and asaid its not carbon its insent sticks making the black marks on the fire so he got it switched back on from a cowboy gasman, this monday gone the gas people came out to fit a new gas meter in and saw me using the fire and said you will kill your self so he condemed it and put a coil in the gas system so no idiot could just turn it back of and said its carbon monoxide so i have now been without water again no shower nothing and its freezing and im 8 months pregnant and finally yesterday they got heating wrking but fire isnt allowed on so now im still cold as no radiator in front room ive had flames coming out of plug sockets and all sorts he has no certificates for the house and it is a dangerous house so im moing tomorow as ive had enough im cold and really stressed and hes taking the mick out of me basically so now landlord saying you have to pay me rent for the next5 months as it was a contract but im refusing to pay as its in no living state and is dangerous with no certificates and im putting my new baby first he now says he will take me to court so my partner said do it as we will call gas people my social worker and our selves what are you opinions do you think he even has the right to ask me for more money

How long can first period lasting after stopping depo injections?

I had depo injections for two years - no periods at all during that time. last injection was due mid-March but I decided to stop and my period arrived three weeks ago (so 7 months since last injection). Problem is, it's lasted three weeks. Not really proper blood - often dark brown, very light, not free flowing blood, just kind of like "smears". No pain or cramps until today, my stomach feels bloated and crampy but I've been really tearful and irritable. Haven't been to doctor yet, as I've kept thinking it was stopping. Getting a bit worried now though- anyone had similar experience? I'm 43 and periods before depo were always regular, fairly light and lasted about 5 days.

Is my betta sick? Please help!?

I got a Betta fish yesterday, his name is Conrad, and I changed his water this morning, and now he's face down in his rocks, heavily using his gills, sometimes he'll swim around all panicked and then go back down to the bottom. Then, after a while of this, he'll go back to the top and float around (not really swim) and then the process will start over again. Is he sick? I really don't know. I got him from Petco (It was the Build-A-Betta Weekend). He's in a 1/2 gallon bowl, in treated tap water (I got a sample of the water treatment drops) with a gravel and a fake plant.
