DO NOT use Vaseline or anything petroleum based for piercings. Doesn't let them breathe as easily. Anyway, since you're getting into bigger sizes, this is bound to happen. Your lobe is going to get a lot thinner than you might want. Im not sure there's much to help it. All you can do is put some ice on maybe and wait.
