Speeding Fines.....................Coug… on Camera....?

As far as I am aware, only GB residents are liable for prosecution under the fixed penalty system. If a driver from overseas is caught then the police have to deal with the offence through the courts. They probably thought it wasn't worth the hle. If I ever get collared by a speed camera, I'm going to say my Canadian girlfriend was driving. I might have to make up for it in flowers and perfume, but it'll be worth it!
