Please help me understand the result of my trans v ultrasound?

It says: The anteverted uterus measuring 9.7 cm.x 6.9 cm is enlarged in size with geneous myometrial echopattern.A small hypoechoic solid m measuring 20 cm x 1.9 cm(4.0 ml) is seen in the posterior wall.Within the gravid uterus is a single fetus with CRL of 32.3mm compatible with 10 weeks and 1 day.Strong cardiac pulsations of 166 b/m are noted.The placenta is located posteriorly.The adnexae and posterior cul de sac are unremarkable.
