What are the best rides at disney and which park should we visit first and wat should we not miss?

me & my familly are planning 2 visit disneyland LA 2morro for 3 DAYS.....our familly comprises of mainly grownups....no little kids along...so my question is what should we not miss?? how should we plan the visit?? which rides should we go first...are 3 days enough??n how should we maximize this trip?? n give as much info as u can...n important links also...help....thnx!!
