Is it worth buying a truck strictly for snow plowing in the north east?

I live in East Central Pennsylvania, and I am thinking about starting a snow plow business in addition to my full time job. I do not have a pick up truck, we maybe seem to get 4 or 5 snow storms a year. With all the existing competition, is it worth trying to start a business up? Keep in mind, I would me starting from scratch- no pick up, no snow plow, no clients, no nothing. Thanks for your help. Please ellaborate as much as possible with your answers.
