Will thi workout work???
It sounds really intense, especially if you're going from no exercise to that sort of exercise. I doubt you can keep up with it unless you're extremely determined. Even if you can keep it up, I wouldn't recommend doing so. My advice is to cut out the bikeride, do 3 set of 25 crunches, cut out the wall sit since the walking and running already target your legs and , do 3 sets of 15 push-ups, and cut out the situps because they're ineffective compared to crunches. Do this 5 times a week and you should be fine. You also shouldn't just do it for two months - find an exercise amount that's right for you and keep it up forever.
