Is there a machine out there that is used for measuring and cutting fabic...i.e. tulle, nylon...please help!?

I make tutu's and business is starting to pick up. I need a machine that you can set to a certain measurement, place the spool of material (tulle) in and cut to a certain size. anyone know of something like this...? please help! I am doing it ALL by hand right now, but there has GOT to be a better/faster way.
