PLEASE HELP I REALLY NEED ANSWERS!!!!!!!!!!!!?

ok this is rather a long story but any ways i moved into a rented house feburary this year and signed a 12 month contract and basicaly i was pregnant and in april i could smell somthing rather starnge so called out gas people and they switched gas of saying it was carbon monoxide and as its an old fire the boiler is behind it so when they switched fire of heating and water went of with it so i went without heating and water for days the landlord is an idiot and asaid its not carbon its insent sticks making the black marks on the fire so he got it switched back on from a cowboy gasman, this monday gone the gas people came out to fit a new gas meter in and saw me using the fire and said you will kill your self so he condemed it and put a coil in the gas system so no idiot could just turn it back of and said its carbon monoxide so i have now been without water again no shower nothing and its freezing and im 8 months pregnant and finally yesterday they got heating wrking but fire isnt allowed on so now im still cold as no radiator in front room ive had flames coming out of plug sockets and all sorts he has no certificates for the house and it is a dangerous house so im moing tomorow as ive had enough im cold and really stressed and hes taking the mick out of me basically so now landlord saying you have to pay me rent for the next5 months as it was a contract but im refusing to pay as its in no living state and is dangerous with no certificates and im putting my new baby first he now says he will take me to court so my partner said do it as we will call gas people my social worker and our selves what are you opinions do you think he even has the right to ask me for more money
