Can you have a 5-lug pattern on front wheels and 6-lug pattern on rear wheels?

I have a Cadillac car project that has a standard gm 5-lug pattern. I have put a new, more powerful motor and transmission in it so I need a new rear end. I am wondering if I get a 3/4 ton rear axle, which is 6-lug, would I be able to buy matching rims but with different lug patterns to accommodate the 5-lug in front and the 6-lug in back? Thanks.
