Sinus swelling can someone please help me?

well i am 28 yrs old never had any sinus problems in my life but for the past yr or so ive had some issues with inflammation inside my nose,last year it started feeling like i was being smothered went to the dr said everything was normal..then i started to feel pressure in my nose like someone is putting pressure on it and was hearing crackling noises in my nose everytime i swallow it feels like someone is holding my nose at the same time so its hard for me to swallow went to dr he said my nasal page is so swollen that there swollen shut i was like what do i do he said call a ent, does anyone know what i can do or what can be causing this??
