Do i have anxiety?

ever since i was little, i have been having dreams where theres just open land and it goes on forever. i wake up in a cold sweat, crying hysterically. they're terrible nightmares. at disney world, there are these lifesize dinosaurs made out of legos. it scares the sh!t out of me thinking about how long it took them to make those and how many legos there are. it gives me goosebumps. i was just pouring a bowl of cereal and put sugar in it and thought of all the grains of sugar in the bag and i just freaked out and i didn't know what to do... could someone explain this to me and tell me what's going on and whats wrong with me! it might not sound bad, but i seriously get so mad that i feel like i should lock myself somewhere where i can't experience these weird things.. i also have dreams where people are making me solve math problems with numbers that have over a hundred digits in them. i can't do it and i get scared. i also have a phobia of tampons!
