He broke up with his girlfriend...?

I met this really cute guy who is so sweet and we just sort of clicked, but he seems like he catches everybody's eye. My friend also wants him too but I feel like he is the one which is weird for me to say....he has the same exact birthday as me and same year which is crazy ecause everyone in my grade is a year younger than me....anyways he just broke up with his girlfirend and I feel bad. i feel like i should wait a while. I'm just so nervous to tak to him because i have braces and I just want him to like me I feel a connection between us. I have only talked to him a couple of times....any advice
