When a sovereign government oppresses it's people through unjust laws, and is unable to be reformed by ballot or peaceful demonstration, then all men and women living under oppression who desire to live freely have the right and duty to unite and rise up against their government, and overthrow it by force of arms if such action is necessary to ensure justice and liberty for themselves and their families?
