Ps3 Gone Funny Please Read Below?

Ok, so my playstation 3 slimline will not let me play games because the blue light isnt showing on the front and it wont let me insert games.. and when i turn my console of and back on it makes a strange noise like your puting a game in for about 5 seconds.. i have only just recently bought this and i am not sending it back again ive sent to many back.. is there away to fix it without sending it back ? any answers pleasee :/
